Start of the Luso 7K
The last training for the Half Marathon
The Luso 7K is a welcome race dedicated to all participants of the EDP Lisbon Half Marathon.
With a beautiful course between Jamor and Lisbon, crossing the riverside of Oeiras city, Luso 7k is a great last training for the athletes that will run EDP Lisbon Half Marathon on the following day.

Participation Kit
The delivery of the participation kits (bib number and official t-shirts) will take place on Thursday and Friday, 09th and 10th of March, from 10:00 AM to 20:00 PM at the Seaside Sport Expo, located at Centro Cultural de Belém in Lisbon.
The athletes must present their registration document (pdf sent by email) to collect their kitbags. The athletes can nominate someone to collect their BIB. The nominee needs to present the registration document of the participant.
The “Participation Kitbag” will include:
1 Technical t-shirt
1 BIB with chip
1 Bag
Other offers from sponsors.
No participation kits are delivered at the race day.
Starting line
All participants can use our shuttle for free at the Navy Museum to go to the starting line.
The shuttle will be available from 08:00 am to 12:00.
Note: Other than the shuttle there is no free transportation in this race.
