Start your adventure in Lisbon on October 10th! Beginning in Carcavelos, in front of NOVA School of Business & Economics, and finishing at the iconic Praça do Comércio, the Lisbon Marathon offers a 100% ocean- and riverside course.

The registration fees for the EDP Lisbon Marathon 2026 vary according to the number of registrations.
The first 2,000 registrations are priced at €70. From the 2,001st to the 5,000th registration, the fee is €95, and from the 5,001st registration onwards, the fee is €130. A transaction fee of €4 will be added to these amounts.
Please note that registrations are personal and non-transferable. They cannot be transferred to another person or to another edition of the event. Only in exceptional cases, such as illness, injury, or pregnancy, duly documented, may a registration be transferred to the following edition.
The athletes must present their registration document (PDF sent by email) to collect their kitbag.
The athletes can nominate someone to collect their BIB. The nominee needs to present the registration document from the registered runner.
The participation kitbag includes:

The start of the EDP Lisbon Marathon will take place at a new location: Estrada N6-7 in Carcavelos.
For participants coming from Lisbon, the organization recommends taking the CP train from Cais do Sodré to Carcavelos. The train from Cais do Sodré takes about 30 minutes to reach Carcavelos station.
Participants staying in the Cascais area can take the CP train on the Cascais line towards Carcavelo. The train from Cascais takes about 25 minutes to reach Carcavelos station.
Closer to the race date, the promoter will share transport schedules and more detailed information.
The Carcavelos train station is located approximately 1 km from the starting point.
Public transportation (trains, buses, and subway) will be free for all runners from 05:30 am until 5:00 pm.
