Run Your Best Race

Rafael Marques, former Portuguese running champion and Olympic coach, has designed training programs to help you run your best race. Whether you want to run the half marathon in 1:15 or 3:00 hours, Raphael has the plan for you. There is also a mini marathon training program to get you to the finish line. You can do it!
